NTD is utilised by real estate agents and other businesses such as banks, utility companies, institutions, insurance and finance companies.
When a prospective tenant applies for tenancy, one of the prerequisites in checking worthiness of occupation is to search the NTD database to check whether the applicant is listed, therefore minimising future possible complications. This database also checks passport and licence details as well as bringing back any public records the tenant has.
A 100 point ID validation is used to confirm a tenant’s identity and tenants are personally shown through your property so we can further gauge their suitability.
