To check work and rental references, we require your reference's email address (not just a phone number).
For rental references, ask your property manager in advance for a tenancy ledger where possible.
There are various forms of ID you can supply (see full list below) but attaching your
Driver's licence and
Medicare card is extremely helpful to us.
The owner wants to know that you can afford the rent. Supply any documents that you can to support this.
Proof of income - 3 payslips or tax returns if self employed

If there is more than one applicant...
On the first page of your online application form, complete 'My Rental Preferences' section and then proceed to 'Our Household'. Enter the number of 'Adults' or 'Children', whichever is applicable, by clicking the plus sign (+), and then input your joint applicants' details under 'Adult details' or 'Children details'. Important: Please ensure to tick the 'Applicant' tick box (for joint applications) to allow the system to send invites to your joint applicants.
Once you have submitted your application, an email link will then be sent to your partner or flatmate to start their application.
The more information, you supply, the more likely your application is to be approved.
