Tenancy applications

It is very important when applying for a property, to supply a full application for each adult named on the lease. Please see notes below on joint applications.

All applications are to made online using the link sent to you after your enquire about the property through any of the listing portals eg. or etc.

Applicants must inspect the property prior to an application being approved unless the property advert has a walk-through video included.

Complete the application fully...

  • To check work and rental references, we require your reference's email address (not just a phone number).

  • For rental references, ask your property manager in advance for a tenancy ledger where possible.

  • There are various forms of ID you can supply (see full list below) but attaching your

  • Passport

  • Driver's licence and

  • Medicare card is extremely helpful to us.

  • The owner wants to know that you can afford the rent. Supply any documents that you can to support this.

  • Proof of income - 3 payslips or tax returns if self employed

  • If you have savings, attach a bank statement

Identification option list - 100 points required:

Please include the following (when you can) to ensure we can complete an ID check:

  • Passport

  • Driver's licence

  • Medicare card

If there is more than one applicant...

  • Add all adults under the "Co-Occupant" section. They will then automatically be sent a link to fill in their details once you submit your application.

The more information, you supply, the more likely your application is to be approved.

If you are going to apply for a property, please let us know in advance.
