As a landlord you have contractual obligations to your tenant as well as a general duty of care. You will also want to ensure that the value of your property is maintained and enhanced while it is being leased. Frontdoor Property is on hand to assist you in achieving each of these objectives with the minimum of fuss.

  • 6% management fee
  • 1 week’s letting fee (2 week’s letting fee for leases under 12 months duration or for rental amounts less than $500 per week) plus a lease preparation fee of $66.
  • Half a week’s rent for lease renewals
  • Scheduled tenancy inspections - $90
  • Monthly technology subscription - $11
  • 360-degree virtual property tour – $300
  • Premier advert on realestate.com.au, domain.com.au advert t (highlight advert available at cost), rent.com.au, homes.com.au, frontdoorproperty.com.au and tenancy database checks - $385
  • EOFY statements – all income and expenditure itemised on one page ready to email straight to your account. Available in two different formats, statement date (standard) or transaction date. $88
  • Tribunal preparation and attendance $120 per hour

Repairs and maintenance invoices, strata levies, rates and insurance premiums are still payable by property owners and remain tax-deductible. We can organise and pay for these on your behalf.

If a tribunal hearing is necessary, we will arrange all of the preparation and attend on your behalf.
